The Parent Meeting
What the parents hope will be a short and pleasant parents' meeting for class 6B takes an abrupt turn when Linda claims that there is serious bullying in the class. The teacher and the parents' group react evasively to the discomfort that arises and seek easy solutions to move the agenda forward. Linda's struggle against the school system and to be heard by the other parents becomes more challenging than she had hoped, and she decides to read aloud from a suicide note written by her son. This triggers a serious and sometimes comical discussion about who is responsible for raising children.
The Parent Meeting is a painful and humorous picture of the collapse of the community.
